E-RYT 500, YTT Lead Trainer

Yoga found me in 2014, and has absolutely changed my entire life. I continue to practice for clarity, internal balance, and to keep striving for the best version of myself. Yoga challenges me mentally and physically, and it always reminds me of the opportunity for self reflection, self love, and an opportunity to create change within myself.

Power vinyasa is my heart and soul. My classes involve core work as well as a dynamic and challenging flow- and in them I love to remind my students that there is always opportunity for growth! However, I also found a love in teaching yin yoga- slowing things down and bringing the practice to a more internal focus. I have had the pleasure of teaching at a number of different studios, I have created and led a 200 hour YTT Program and co-lead a 300 Hour Program. I truly believe that yoga should be shared by all, and offer a humble homage to all the teachers that led me to where I am now.

I am E-RYT 500 certified, and offer continuing education classes through YACEP for building smart sequencing in vinyasa classes. I also have an extensive background in arm balances and inversions, offer advanced assisting workshops, and my own creative workshop called Dance Flow. I also have a bachelor of science in biology that supports my understanding and teachings of anatomy and physiology for training programs.
